RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

EXCHANGE

Here are the essential notes to remember when returning and exchanging a product you purchased from Bambina Bambino Clothing.

-The exchange must be handled within the established period of 10 days of receiving your item. We can’t offer you the exchange once you have exceeded the time limit.

-All items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unaltered).

-Exchange is only allowed for the same item/pattern/color 

-Exchanges apply to:

  1. Does not fit

  • Only subject to sizes/color availability with the same price or higher with added payment. The lower price will not be refunded.

-We will not be issuing a refund if the item for exchange is not available.

-The original shipping cost will not be refunded. Also, the buyer will bear the cost of shipping back the item to us.

-Items purchased during our sale period are final. Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchange and refund. Sale or reduced-price items do not qualify for exchange, returns, or refunds.

-Items purchased at other stores ( event spaces/PS ) only can be exchanged directly through them. We will not take any responsibility if any errors occur.

-We reserve the right to only process or take actions on unreasonably overdue items (more than 10 days) without prior acknowledgment.

-Maximum one exchange process for one order number

-You may exchange via courier service or walk to our studio to drop off the item during operation hours.

 

RETURN

Of course, we hope that you’ll love what you purchased from us but we are sorry that things didn’t work out well for you.

-A return must be made within 10 days of receiving your item. We have the authority to deny any late returns and requests that do not comply with our policy.

-All items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unaltered).

-You may request a return if you are facing the following issue

  1. Defects/Faulty

  • If you discover any defects or damages on the product, kindly take a picture and send it to us via Whatsapp. Keep in mind that the item needs to be in their original condition.

  1. Wrong Delivery/Shipping Error

  • If you received the item(s) you did not purchase, kindly contact our customer service team and they will assist you as soon as possible. 

-The postage fee will be covered by us if you meet the reason for return. Please provide us with the receipt of the transaction. We will issue the refund as soon as possible.

 

REFUND

-We only will issue a refund if the item you ordered is out of stock. If this happens, our customer service will contact you for a refund or you may exchange it with any other same-price item on the website.

-Once a purchase is made, the refund will be on a store credit basis with the same amount, the same way the product price was originally purchased.

-It takes about 1-3 working days to complete the refund. We appreciate your kind patience and understanding.

-Please bear in mind that we have the ultimate right to reject any absurd claims that do not comply with the policy.
