Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All returns must be made within ten (10) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return shipping reimbursements for items that are not due to the following are to be borne by the customer:

  • Damaged items
  • Discoloured items
  • Wrongly received items
  • Size Change

RETURN PROCESS (for defects or Mistaken items)

To initiate the return process, please contact our admin staff HERE.

Here is the basic outline:

1) product received

2) identify item

3) send msg via Whatsapp (for faster communication) and provide photo evidence.

4) fill up form. (The form is provided in the parcel)

5) receive the return slip for drop-off from the admin team.

6) Pack the form with the item to return in the box received. Place the Airway bill in the pocket of the flyer.*

7) Drop the item off at the drop-off point.

7) The item is inspected upon arrival at the shop for verification.

8) Store credit will then be issued.

9) Store credit can be used to purchase items in-store, it is only available for the purchase account.

 *pockets can be bought online, or in postal offices.

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.



The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

● Altered clothing
● Discoloration damage

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note

● Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
● Items must be in good condition for exchanges.
● We can only exchange products that are in stock at the time of exchange request.
● Exchange is only for items of equal or lower price. The remaining balance will not be refunded.
● For refund items, any damages claimed must be given with proof that the item has not been worn. labels, tags, and extra buttons must also be intact.
● Refund payments will only be made once the item is received at the store.
